Running on Rack v1.1.6, Windows 7, Intel Core i7-4790k, Nvidia GTX 980 Ti

44.1 kHz sample rate, 1 thread

Interesting. I'm not able to reproduce this. Let me know if anyone finds a list of steps to reproduce.

Oddly, your Meta Modulator seems to be using a disproportionate amount of CPU as well, but I didn't write that one. Here's usage on my system for reference (Rack v1.1.6, Ubuntu 20.04.1, AMD 2400G):
