Rings V/oct 12 o'clock mismatch

It seems that Rings does not follow the same convention of 12 o'clock V/oct position. Here's a screenshot of the control voltage from Marbles going straight to a tuner (pure A 440Hz observed), to Plaits, and to Rings, with the frequency knobs of both right-click-reset to their default 12 o'clock position. screen shot 2018-10-27 at 23 17 00

As can be seen from the tuners, Rings is off by multiple semitones. (Additionally, it seems that Plaits is a tiny bit sharp.)
