[Bug]: Playstore pop-up after a transaction won't go away despite cancellling

Description

After a transaction a Playstore pop-up to rate the app appears. If you press (not now) it doesn't go away. One has to close the app completely for it to go back to normal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stax app
2. Carry out any transaction
3. After Stax has completed the transaction process, a pop up to rate Stax on playstore appears.
4. Click on the not now button

Expected result

That when not now button is pressed the pop-up goes away

Actual result

The pop up doesn't go away. It keeps popping up

Suggested solution

1. The pop up should go away after pressing the not now button
2. Limit the interval at which the pop-up to rate appears. Maybe like once a day when the user opens stax
