[Bug]: Sending money from bank to mpesa remains pending indefinitely

Description

Sending money from Coop Bank account to mpesa is not successful. Once the stax app runs all the processes for sending money, I get the message 'did not detect message..' as in the recording below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open stax app
2. Click on send money in homepage l
3. Select coop account as 'send from' and mpesa as recipient.
4. Send to my own mpesa.
5. Wait for confirmation message

Expected result

Stax sends the money from bank to my mpesa successfully.

Actual result

No message is returned, status remains pending indefinitely
