[Bug]: Can't buy airtime using Mpesa

Description

I get the error "this service cannot be used to buy airtime" and an alert "please fix the errors shown in red"

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stax app
2. Select Buy Airtime
3. Select Pay with Mpesa
4. Enter a contact phone number
5. Enter the amount
6. Press continue to start the process

Expected result

That the Buy airtime process starts since the inputs are valid

Actual result

The process doesn't start I get the error "this service cannot be used to buy airtime" and an alert "Please fix the errors shown in red"
