Can the AppResign tool sign other Apps?

For me, it only can code sign the WeChat Mach-O file, cannot sign success for other Apps

同一BundleID 经测试是不能重签名多个已砸壳ipa的，楼上造的轮子可以重签名成功，但是还是无法直接装到未越狱的设备上，我是用iTunes装的
