Every fresh restart requires you to start it again.

It does not auto run with the computer.

You may add C:\Program Files (x86)\HideVolumeOSD\HideVolumeOSD.exe file to shell:startup so it will auto start every time.

Open C:\Program Files (x86)\HideVolumeOSD and Press Win+R → write shell:startup press enter
Open both folder side by side,
Press Ctrl+Shift and drag HideVolumeOSD.exe file to startup folder.

This will make this exe file run every time computer starts.
