No Renderer Found Error on Providing Access to Transcript Files of A/V Content Recipe

Current behavior:

The Providing Access to Transcript Files of A/V Content recipe includes a canvas in the items property that fails to render in UV. The canvas has a rendering property with a transcript that has the mime type text/txt. UV makes the file in the rendering property available for download but it fails to render the video painting the canvas.

Interestingly, the console also states:

Cannot play media. No decoders for requested formats: text/txt

Expected behavior:

The recipe states that the manifest is using a single A/V file; therefore, it is equivalent to link the transcript at the Manifest level or at the Canvas level and we do it at the Canvas level to complement the example in Providing Alternative Representations.

The viewer should display the video painting the canvas and provide a link to download the transcript.
