problem with AV content in uv example site

I'm submitting a:

Current behavior:

Providing the demo app with a couple of manifests, they are not rendered and the browser console shows this error message: Uncaught TypeError: e.getFormat() is null

The manifests I tried: https://media.dlib.indiana.edu/media_objects/t435gh378/manifest - this contains a Choice annotation. https://dlib.indiana.edu/iiif_av/iiif-player-samples/uv-test.json - same manifest, but without the Choice annotation.

Expected behavior:

Expected the rendering of the item, which is open at: https://media.dlib.indiana.edu/media_objects/t435gh378

Steps to reproduce:

Use the manifest urls provided in https://uv-v3.netlify.app
