Openseadragon Flip Feature

OpenSeadragon has just released version 2.4 which includes an image flip feature. In the OSD initialization that is enabled with "showFlipControl: true". I would like to use this in UV. Where is OSD initialized in UV?

This seems like a potentially useful new feature that would not be too difficult to implement, so I'm leaving it open flagged as "good first bug" (even though it's not a bug -- maybe we should rename that label).
