Add support for seeAlso property from IIIF manifests

I'm submitting a:

seeAlsoEnabled was a configuration option that was removed due to being orphaned. The IIIF Presentation API includes a seeAlso property that allows linking to additional metadata. It would be useful if seeAlso was detected and displayed in the right panel of the UV.
