Manually Prettify Style Files & Add CI Step

Summary

Prettification has been added as an automatic CI step but it does not check the less files. To ensure up to date standards Prettier needs to be manually run on the codebase’s less files and changes should be committed. For future maintainability less files should be added to the automatic configuration.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Prettier manually run on less files
• [ ] Updates to style files committed
• [ ] .less file type added to types of files that will be checked during prettification step
