Add visual indication of locomotion for crawl and fly modes

To get crawl and fly up to par with blink, they should have their own visual indicators when their locomotion modes are active.

Crawl ideally would have some kind of effect or indicator to show that it is locked in space and now moving the world. (This could also be used for worldscaling since that is essentially what is happening in that case when two locked points try to get closed together or further apart).

Something like the controller rays during flight would be good as they indicate the trajectory - but they should not be able to vibrate/highlight/select things. Would be a good experiment to try showing the combined trajectory as well.

This can also utilize the alternate-UI/hud design, once it is implemented.
