Integrate NDX

This PR adds support for NDX, which uses Compound-like governance contracts and a subgraph directly forked from the example in the readme.

I had to make a small change to make the app recognize the titles of the previous proposals, which was to check the second line of the description for a title if there is none on the first. I checked and this does not affect any Uniswap or Compound proposals, but I can undo that commit if necessary.

This PR also includes the dropdown fix from @Ulydev in #34.
