How to Change Interface Fees on a Fork

I have forked the Uniswap UI and want to change the interface fees for my DEX. I couldn't find any information related to this in the documentation. Can anyone help?

fees are determined at Core.

Which fee do you refer? pool's fee? or the fee that Uniswap takes?
