Add sepolia support for Uniswap V2 .

As we know, Goerli is now deprecated, and every application layer testing is now being conducted on Sepolia. But Uniswap V2 doesn't have support for the Sepolia network, and it becomes a bit inconvenient to test things that depend on UniV2, as there is no official contract, and there's no UI present.
I know V3 is here, and V4 is about to come, but V2 is still being used in a significant manner, and it would be really helpful to add support for the Sepolia network.
I believe this is a feature that would be helpful for many users. If other collaborators here agree, I'd be happy to take on the work. t looks like it would start with setting the connection configs in web/mobile constants and other endpoints?

That would be very helpful @MRLab12, I am not really a frontend guy, that's why I didn't touch the code. Go ahead if you can handle the changes, I'll be more than happy to help in any way I can.
I agree 👍 My contract is still using V2 router, and I can't test it on the Sepolia network.
