Add popup explaining what "Untracked" means

In my work with community I got a feeling that not many people understand what "Untracked" means. I think it can be easily solved by adding explanation using QuestionHelper:

When volume is categorized as "Untracked" add QuestionHelper explaining what "Untracked" means.

"Untracked metrics are less reliable. In most cases they are still fairly accurate. Once more liquidity is added Untracked flag will be removed" - Maybe it can be explained like this.

@BOR4 I think it matters also to know how much liquidity is added. We have liquidity for over a month in the range of 80-110.000$ are we are still untracked.
