Update thickness_hydrostatic to have an option to return full profile

Description Of Changes

This PR updates thickness_hydrostatic and thickness_hydrostatic_from_relative_humidity to return the full atmospheric profile through an additional parameter full_profile. A test is added, but let me know if additional tests are needed to fully cover the cases when bottom and depth are used together with full_profile.
