Cannot save entity M2.1.7 - reguired field 'behave as tree'

Hi,

I've just installed the latest version of UMC on a vanilla install of M2.1.7 and cannot save the module. On the entity create screen I am getting an validation message 'This is a required field.' which appears near the Entity Type (flat) select box. However looking at the code of the message, it is related to hidden field 'Behaves As Tree'

so if i make the field unhidden and add value '0' I can save. Not sure if selecting 'flat' in the entity type is supposed to trigger this value. but as 'flat' is the only value, the trigger doesnt fire.

This happens for me also in Firefox, but in Chrome it works fine.
