Docker Command not working

If you require more info let me know.

After entering the command I get: At line:1 char:29

docker build -t only-fans . && docker run -it --rm --name onlyfans -v ...
```

The token '&&' is not a valid statement separator in this version. + CategoryInfo : ParserError: (:) [], ParentContainsErrorRecordException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : InvalidEndOfLine

And when I try running them seperately it says there may be an error with psycopg although Ive done countless re-installs of python, the scraper itself, etc.
