A promising alternate since coturn seems to be broken on Uberspace (#845).

I've managed to add the logo to this PR. I think that's it. Have fun with testing. :smiley: Talking about the Nextcloud and Synapse section I think those could be moved as soon as this guide is proven to work.

I updated the guide as eturnal can be managed via supervisorctl if using foreground mode. Thanks to Thomas for messaging me about that.
