plot_diffnet missing vertices

Why does plot_diffnet and plot_diffnet2 sometimes miss vertices of my network?

Too late to answer, I guess! But for future reference, the function plot_diffnet2 will take a slice of your dynamic network, thus not showing all edges together. By default, it will take the first slice (as it shows in your figure.)
