Allow USB device, but only in ro mode

There are also should be an option to allow-all devices, but when they mount to be only in read-only mode. That you can copy from them, and read, but not to write.

mounting is a completely different topic and has nothing to do with USBGuard... e.g. see https://github.com/USBGuard/usbguard/issues/550#issuecomment-1310985840

@zemzema it seems that what you want is to disable auto-mount on you machine resp. change it to read-only.
