SEBE Energyyearwall.txt - enhancement
In SEBE the file Energyyearwall.txt is generated as tab/space delimited ASCII file. This is fine so far. However, regular spreadsheet programs fail to import these files cleanly as soon as the number of digits varies within a single column (e.g. 54.23, 143.67, 3.56, ....). Generating a comma or semicolon delimited file would facilitate the further use of it (e.g. generating a point shape).

Thanks a lot in advance for the effort.
