Fixed the issues from #161 with looped concats Removed tutorial file Variable names might need to be changed for clarity, I used placeholder-ish names for now

No this doesn't have the effect of undoing tutorial notebook, this just removes it entirely. @TQZhang04 Add back the notebook from main branch and then I can approve this PR
