The technical white-paper should cover 1.the technical details of our approach 2.outline our future directions and implementations 3. answer some outstanding questions and concern regarding 3.1 how to rank the order of the vote 3.2 how do we achieve to confirm a transactions as fast as 6 seconds and could concurrently process up to 3000 transactions per second 3.3 what is the details of our consensus protocol (DBFT algorithm) 3.4 how do we upgrade our consensus protocol in the future 3.5 how to implement decentralized content storage 3.6 how to provide incentives to node
