Connecting:QuietException : Unexpected packet received during server login process!

Some players are reporting this error message when connecting to Typhoon: Connecting:QuietException : Unexpected packet received during server login process!

It seems like a bungee error but it only happens when joining typhoon servers. Using version 1.0.4 and client uses 1.13.2.
