Desired Behavior

IMHO, in REPL-situations, re-writing and re-executing code is the number one priority.

This however, conflicts with using consts or functions - which both are strong language recommendation.

Is this request related to a problem?

Alternatives you've considered

• Kill and start ts-node again
• Use let instead of const

Both have huge time and manual-work overhead
