Feature Request: pass the block ID generator function via options
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not a problem, but at my company we need our blockIDs to be small because we already have a unique identifier for the whole document.

add a new option to useBlockNote so it can accept the function that needs to call to create block IDs (currently is using uuid)
Describe alternatives you've considered none, if uuid works for most people then that's fine!
Additional context I can contribute with this to the codebase if it feels relevant
Seems like a solid idea and shouldn't be too much of an issue to implement, though I don't think there's a huge demand for that in the community atm so not sure we will work on it too soon. Do you wanna maybe give the implementation a go?
