Broke my left click

Immediately upon starting this software my laptop went haywire clicking spamming inputs of all kinds and when I finally managed to close it all down the left click will no longer work , just the left click .

This has persisted through a full reinstall of windows

I dont see how it could be a hardware issue unless it somehow shorted the left click button but my thinkpad has two sets of buttons and neither of the lefts work
