How to install this? It's not showing up in control panel? Nofences black block still exists I don't understand how to get rid of it.

To uninstall, it's the reverse from installation: you delete all fences and then delete the executable from your Startup directory.

you delete it from your Startup, and there are couple of folders in AppData, you can use Everything or other search app to find this folder and delete it.

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\NoFences
