Function AniWvWait dosen't extracted

This function is in the file t5110.dat of the Tokyo Xanadu game at 0x2CBD4 It is only found here in the whole game, but as it is not extracted, once the Excel file is reinserted, this function is missing and prevents the game from continuing

Can please add this? Thx
