Vim-hoogle not working

I have just downloaded and installed vim-hoogle, I try :help hoogle but vim says "Sorry, no help for hoogle".

did you update the help tags? if you installed the plugin to, say .vim/plugins/ it should be as easy as opening vim and running :helptags .vim/plugins/doc
