Breaking changes in 2.24.0 driver

Seems to be a breaking change in the 2.24.0 driver:

Method not found: 'MongoDB.Driver.Core.Configuration.ServerSettings MongoDB.Driver.Core.Configuration.ServerSettings.With(MongoDB.Driver.Optional1<System.TimeSpan>, MongoDB.Driver.Optional1<System.TimeSpan>)'
