[Bug]: ALPHA: There should be only two text orientations on rotated components (sometimes one)

What happened?

Square components (I'm thinking about probe specifically) should not change orientation of the text when rotated. It should be always left to right. In case of other components, text would not fit if it wasn't rotated with the component but it should be only one vertical orientation (top to bottom or bottom to top) and it should be used regardless whether the component is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. (I've checked KiCAD and it chooses to always use bottom to top.) The situation when the text is upside down is unacceptable.
