Width/Height blocks report different sizes based on it being vector/png

When using looks+ to get the width or height of a costume, it uses the internal size as opposed to the size scratch will tell you. e.g. Bitmap Vector (sorry to add so many issues so frequently, but if I don't do it no one else will)
