Additional Context

Face north, build the device as shown in the diagram below, load a boat into the dispenser, then activate the dispenser. In vanilla, the boat will shift westward slightly, but with Moonrise mod installed, the boat remains stationary. This behavior also exists in Paper and its fork cores.
