Background

dependabot is GitHub's vulnerability scanner. It opened PRs to update several SMILER dependencies for having vulnerabilities here: https://github.com/TsotsosLab/SMILER/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+user%3Adependabot

These need to be tested and merged.

Acceptance Criteria

  • There are no open dependabot CRs.
