Apply vertical rhythm to responsive images

Issue Summary

After Gatsby responsive images have been added to Ghost Docs the vertical rhythm is not applied to images anymore. The reason is that until now images have been wrapped in a <figure> tag, but since resp. images they are wrapped in a <p> tag.
