Email notification is sent when posting a reply to a comment in own post

Issue Summary

This sending is unnecessary and should be avoided

Steps to Reproduce

1. Write a post
2. Leave a comment as a test user
3. Reply as the author of the post to that comment
4. Observe that an email notification is received saying that "someone just left a comment on your post" (no shit!)
