Add OpenRC init system support for ghost

OpenRC is a somewhat popular init system: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/OpenRC/Users

This init init script starts and stops the service per the system-wide OpenRC runlevels as opposed to depending on Forever, PM2 or Supervisor, and as an alternative to SysV init and systemd facilities.
