Decloaked file is empty

I have done packetcapture and all is fine till that. But when I decloakify the pcap file the file generated is empty. I triedd several times.

I am going through the eJPTs course and i had to use PacketWhisper and had the same trouble you are having. I finally tried using sudo python packetwhisper.py and it generated the output file.
