Blade Rush doesn't attack when using Gather Power

When using Gather Power (move action) and Blade Rush (standard action) the result is the character does the 30' move but then doesn't attack at the end of it. If Gather Power is turned off the ability works as expected.

Addendum: Blade Rush now simply does not trigger a KB attack under any circumstances that I can recreate.
