Fix Blade Whirlwind burn cost
So, my request from you will be two fold, which i hope you dont mind, because i think your mod is 'Crown of Elements' of the wotr mods.
I use Kineticist Elements Expanded and your mod; and there is this following issue which i am confident is a bug from the game. And i was wondering, if it wouldnt be too much of a trouble if you could add its fix to your mod.
~~Kinetic's Infusion Specilization doesnt reduce some infusion's burn cost. Kinetic Blades with Composite Blast is not effected. Which they should. By the wording the Infusion Specialization says "whenever you use an infusion, the COMBINED cost is reduced up to 0".~~
~~So say, a blue flame kinetic blade, or extended range thunderblast with infusion specialization gets reduced to 2 (because its composite blast and has 2 burn cost) but not to 0.~~
Blade Whirlwind is also in the same boat. Despite being classified as an infusion, its burn cost is not effected and always 3.
Another thing is the ability of Infusion Specialization itself. For some reason, ability itself doesnt show up in the class table. A small quality of life thing, i granted... it works in the background... But i similarly appriciate it, if you could make it so that shows up in kineticst' class table like any other ability as well as in the levels that gets its increments (5th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 17th, and 20th)

Infusion Specialization (Ex)
At 5th level, whenever a kineticist uses one or more infusions with a blast, she reduces the combined burn cost of the infusions by 1. This can’t reduce the total cost of the infusions used below 0.
Your quote omits the words "of the infusions". This feature cannot reduce the cost of composite blasts or metakinesis. Only gather power can reduce their cost.
I am quite familiar with the game code for infusion cost and I am convinced that there is no error in burn cost calculation. It's a pretty solid system. So I decline your request. But you are lucky. Wrath has very powerful mythic abilities. "Kinetic Overcharge" removes 1 burn and DarkCodex's PatchKineticOvercharge allows you to take it multiple times.
Mhm... Alright, fair enough about 'of the infusion' part.
But what of the Blade Whirlwind, as it is categorized as form infusion. And at the moment is unaffected by infusion specialization. And again, i hate to bother you, but making infusion specialization abilty show up in the class table. Would you be willing to do those?
Infusion Specialization is not set to hidden. I have no clue why it would not show up.
Blade Whirlwind is set to BlastBurnCost to 3 and InfusionBurnCost to 2. Obviously wrong. Blast burn should depend on the blade selected and infusion burn should be 3. But I can see why this was mixed up. The ability does only one thing, trigger melee attacks. The melee attacks then trigger the kinetic blade as needed. But the burn cost is payed separately, which screws up with any modifier. This requires new code to work as intended.
i highly doubt its from my mods, but, you dont see infusion specialization on your own game as well on kineticist' table, right? its just not me?
and i appriciate alot, thank you for looking at blade whirlwind. i know thats an owlcat issue, but... i will be honest i am not very confident they would deal with it.
also, sorry again about my confusion with Inf Spec and burn cost thingie that i originally asked. i didnt meant to waste your time on that, i was genuenly confused.
as i revisit my favorite mythic path these days, your mod is all kind of awesome.
