Orc Hornbow

I'd like to request the Orc Hornbow, I've tried to add it myself, but I can't manage it in the Owlcat template, so I'm putting it in to you as the one who put in the Butchering Axe.

I think I broke butchering axe, when I added the weapon focus for it. Not sure tho, hadn't had time to bug fix.
