Balance charts should have consistent date range to allow comparisons across assets

Also, the balance should show on End of Day (or End of Week or whatever makes sense).

The way the charts work now -- if a user interacts in one year and then 1000 times in another year, the one year will take up 1/1001 of the horizontal x-axis when it should take up half (since there's two years only).
