Splash screen

When the app starts (in the browser version) there is a long period of time prior to loading where it shows an ugly browser warning screen. Can we show some sort of splash screen while it warms up?

What you mean by "warning screen"? Does the app take a long time to start when built for production too?

And, yes, it does take quite a bit of time to load, but this is with the Web app, so maybe that's why. With the electron app (yarn develop), it's still slow, but it's a blank screen.

I think it may be just React dev server starting up, but I need to verify
