Allow to vote (like/dislike) on entries

Unique visitors (per IP only 20 votes per day at most). Compute the Wilson score. Do not require a login. Then create a list of the top scored/voted games.

It might be prone to spam and bots (maybe a little captcha possible?), but is worth a try.

How to achieve that programmatically. I can easily do some php with a sqlite database together with some JavaScript/Ajax on the client side. Maybe there are already open source solutions for that that do not require a major installation somewhere? Need to research first.
