Creation of a skeleton for live vehicle tracking in forked apps

We want to provide a visualization format for live transit vehicle tracking to be built with. We need to settle on a data presentation for this, and figure out how to create it in skeleton fashion without fully implementing it for a system.

Design is needed since we need to figure out what pages this might involve adding and changing to show live tracking (e.g. considering adding arrivals to the homepage, line pages, stop pages). This is still far away though
