Show the applied syntax (Textile) in the Notes interface

The notes rendering seems to use the Redcloth library (http://redcloth.org/) so it should conform with the Textile markup language (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Textile_(markup_language)). This should be also available in the interface.
